About me: I am a data professional with a multidisciplinary background in statistics, mathematics, and computational engineering. My work bridges data engineering and data analytics, combining the ability to build scalable data systems with the expertise to generate insights that drive real impact. On the analytics side, I have applied statistical modelling, machine learning, and visualisation techniques to various domains, including public health, financial forecasting, operational optimisation, and labour market research. I excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights through the use of dashboards, reports, and storytelling. On the engineering side, I design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, transform raw data into structured formats, and orchestrate workflows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and ML readiness. I have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Apache Spark, dbt, Airflow, AWS, and data warehouses/lakes, complemented by expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Apache Superset for analytics and communication. Beyond my professional projects, I created Mathify Analytics, a YouTube channel where I simplify advanced mathematical and data science concepts for a broad audience. This reflects my passion not only for data but also for clarity, education, and communication.
